Perform an advanced level of duties for the Learning & Development team including; project management, research, statistical analysis, advanced reporting and also the design and marketing of educational projects/programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure all components including computer systems, policies, processes and education, etc. are identified, assigned, completed and implemented
2.Manage a comprehensive and efficient process to establish priorities for assigned programs/projects by conducting priority setting sessions and informing all parties of established priorities
3.Participate on committees and task forces to ensure educational program needs are considered and to provide information regarding proposed projects involving department
4.Provide performance consulting with internal customers to determine educational needs and desired results of educational programs
5.Using the Instructional Design Process, design, develop and deploy educational solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts and project teams
6.Create, write, produce and direct education/training media (video and audio) venues working with media solutions, subject matter experts and project teams
7.Analyze organizational, functional, team and/or individual needs to provide recommendations leading to learning strategies and execution plans, e.g. education/training, communication, required to meet stated results
8.Maintain field inventory, maintenance status and replacement of Learning & Development computers and equipment
9.Market and communicate education products for employees supporting Human Resources initiatives
10.Provide programming for education simulation gaming and experiential learning
11.Provide educational support to employees pertaining to new policies, procedures and systems
12.Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
13.Perform other duties as required

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years project management, analysis, instructional design, education and / or training experience
•Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes
•Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
•Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Strong presentation skills in large or small group settings
•Strong written, listening and verbal, communication skills
•Excellent coaching, mentoring and facilitating skills
•Ability to work independently and as a team member
•Must be able to travel
