Assist Security management with administrative support.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform administrative support duties for management and department which may include employee badge creation, maintenance and access requests
Create and maintain all Security department tracking spreadsheets, monthly pattern and trend charts including, but not limited to all expenditures, including global and capital expenditures
Oversee the maintenance for all Harrison GO building keys and Trailer keys.
Assist with Security Special Projects as required
Process all Security Facility Assistance Requests (FAR) and invoices, and prepare spreadsheet information.
Prepare monthly functional recap
Maintain file and archive all security contracts, insurance policies, letters and retention policies
Open and distribute mail for department
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) plus One (1) year of administrative support experience. Security related experience preferred
• Good interpersonal, time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
